      On holiday in some sunny resort or even closer to home we have all seen the street vendors and market stalls selling cheap sunglasses. Some will even (fraudulantly) have a CE Mark and UV400 label on them and we've all been tempted by their ultra low price. But it's not worth the risk. Ski conditions in the Alps have improved dramatically in the last 7 days - what were bare pistes now finally have snow. As much as 300cm has fallen on upper pistes and at least 50cm on many lower pistes.
