Beware of the dangers of 'street' sunglasses

On your overseas holiday this summer you'll no doubt come across beach, street and market stall vendors selling sunglasses. Very rarely is it worth buying these, however cheap they are. Chances are the lenses will be poor quality with distortion – apart from blurry vison it may lead to eye strain. Worse still they may offer little or no UV protection – the dark lenses will cause your pupils to dilate allowing more UV light into your eyes which is worse than wearing no sunglasses at all.Cheap sun
